- TrackAll will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or chat

07 Consent to Track — Critical Notice
7.1 Adult Tracking (TrackZen, TrackAll Fleet)
- You must obtain explicit, informed written or verbal consent from any adult before tracking them
- The tracked person must be aware that the app is installed on their device and that their location is being monitored
- Employees tracked via TrackAll Fleet must be informed through employment contracts or written policy
- Consent must be freely given — tracking as a condition of an unequal power relationship without proper disclosure may still violate local laws
7.2 Minor Tracking (SafeRide School, SafeRide Parents)
- SafeRide is designed specifically for school transport safety — tracking occurs on school buses and parent-authorized devices, not children's personal phones
- Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent as part of student enrollment
- Parents using SafeRide Parents are tracking school transport vehicles — not individual children's devices
7.3 Vehicle & Asset Tracking
- You may only track vehicles and assets that you own or have legal authorization to track
- If a vehicle is used by employees or third parties, you must inform them of the tracking in accordance with applicable employment and privacy laws
7.4 Indemnification for Consent Violations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrackAll and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your failure to obtain proper consent before tracking any individual.
08 Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
8.1 Pricing
Pricing for TrackAll products varies by product and purchase channel (direct website, Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or third-party marketplaces like Daraz.pk). All prices are listed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
8.2 One-Time Purchases
Where a product is sold as a one-time purchase, payment is due in full at the time of purchase. The license is activated upon successful payment confirmation. One-time purchases do not include future major version upgrades unless explicitly stated.
8.3 Subscription Plans
- Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law
8.4 Refund Policy
- Direct purchases: Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase may be considered if the service has a verified technical fault that we are unable to resolve
- App Store purchases: Refunds for purchases made via Google Play Store or Apple App Store are governed by Google's and Apple's respective refund policies — we have no control over these
- Marketplace purchases (Daraz etc.): Refunds are subject to the marketplace's return policy
- Activation codes already redeemed are generally non-refundable
8.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails for a subscription plan, we will attempt to notify you and retry the charge. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension of your account until payment is resolved.
09 Intellectual Property
9.1 TrackAll Ownership
All TrackAll products, including but not limited to software, source code, user interfaces, logos, brand names, documentation, and product names (SafeRide, TrackZen, Unity Indoor Wayfinder, Nexus MDM, TrackAll Fleet) are the exclusive intellectual property of TrackAll and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
